Xalogy was born from over a decade of running a successful IT Services repair company. But.. to say the least it was a constant scramble, for us as a company, and the customer.
The customer would only call us when they had a complete failure. Everyone would start pointing fingers and ask who did the last backup? As you can probably guess, most of the time no recent backup had been created.
The down time and the lost data not only cost their company money but can sometimes severely stunt a company's growth potential.
